Hard Day At Work.

Its a bit of a sad day. I do social work from time to time. Well i volunteer at this hotline. We take calls from people being abused or who know about a situation where abuse is involved and we give the best adivce we can. Today this women said she was tired of her husband and she was going to kill him. We advised her to come in but she didnt. She set her house on fire. Her husband and four year old got out in time but she died in the fire. I think that was as much as i can take today so i left at 1. Another call came in before from a little boy in New Jeresy. His mom thought little boys were evil so she burned him with a hand lighter. He had so many burns on him it was sickening i couldnt do that to another human being, none the less my own child. He lived and she is currently in jail, awaiting sentencing, but i feel that she should have been stopped way before it got to that point. no matter how much i do, there is always more that needs to get done. I am happy i help out by doing my job but there is still much to be done.

i live with my fiance
he is a lawyer and he is 26
I'm an only child
my mom died when i was born
my dad and step mom died when i was 11
my step dad is pretty rich but i hate him
I'm getting married at the end of next year
